Ingredients

  • 3 ripe avocados
  • 1 small tomato, finely diced

  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the avocados
    • Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a medium bowl.
    • Mash with a fork until creamy but still slightly chunky (or fully smooth if you prefer).
  2. Mix the flavors
    • Add diced tomato, red onion, garlic, jalapeño, and cilantro.
    • Pour in lime juice and season with salt and pepper.
    • Gently mix everything together.
  3. Adjust and serve
    • Taste and adjust seasoning or lime juice as desired.
